Panos Pastry is a 2009 Best of LA winner for their outstanding selection of Baklava. Per Los Angeles magazine, "The pink walls of Panos Pastry are as cheerful as the bakery's wedding cakes. The wide range of freshly made baklava, though, is what makes this family business an East Hollywood favorite. Bite-size pieces of golden, flaky phyllo contain a subtly sweet slather of chopped walnuts, cashew, pistachios or almonds and a drizzle of sugar syrup.
