Arguably the best English tenor of his generation, Ian Bostridge makes his highly anticipated Royce Hall debut. Bostridge skyrocketed to the top of the classical music sphere after his first appearance at London’s Wigmore Hall in 1993. Since then he has toured the world's great concert halls and won nearly every major recording award. Before embarking on a career in singing, Bostridge earned a doctorate in history and philosophy from St. John’s College of Oxford. He approaches his material with intelligence and grace and mesmerizes audiences with his impeccable tenor timbre.
